Due to our continued growth, AndersonBrecon, a pharmaceutical packager formerly known as Anderson Packaging, has several immediate direct hire opportunities for Process Reliability Technicians / Packaging Machine Maintenance Mechanics. Duties include supporting packaging lines and equipment, troubleshooting and repairing packaging line problems, performing changeovers and setups, working with operations and engineering on process performance and improvements, and performing preventative and predictive maintenance on equipment. To be successful in this position you must have the ability to gather information, analyze and problem solve; build and maintain strong working relationships, possess a strong attention to detail, along with a strong and sound decision making ability, have the initiative and willingness to take and complete tasks without instruction and have the ability to work in a fast paced, ever changing environment. Position requires a strong work ethic and willingness to demonstrate eagerness, enthusiasm, ambition, and passion when working, including persistence, heightening personal effort in the face of obstacles, while pursuing excellence for self and organization.
The qualified candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of applicable experience with knowledge and ability to use grinding machines, hand tools, and perform general machining activities, have knowledge of hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems and diagrams, micrometers, measuring tools, gauges, indicators and calibrations stickers.
